Online Shop Policy

All of the items available on our online shop are one off sale items, so they are only available for a very limited time. Once a gown has been purchased it will be removed from the site an will no longer be available for purchase. They are all subject to the below terms:

Authentic Labels

These sale gowns are ex-store sample gowns all gowns are original designs with original tags attached.  All gowns have been dry cleaned.

Delivery

Shipping date is approximately 7 to 10 working days from the date of purchase.
Freight and insurance is included in the price of the wedding gown only if shipped in Australia.
By signing for and accepting delivery, you are acknowledging that the gown has arrived in good condition. If the package is damaged in any way, please inspect the contents prior to signing for it.

Refund Policy

Please select carefully, as once a gown has been paid for, and received as specified; you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Please note due to the nature of this sale, gowns are not refundable.

Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Full payment is required at time of order.  Strictly Bridal accepts paypal, orders will not be shipped until such time that payment is received.

Alterations

Sale gowns don’t include alterations.  Alterations are the responsibility of the purchaser.
